About
Hi, I'm Noelle Marzullo-Kruse.

Before settling on a homestead in Western Massachusetts, I lived in six states before the age of 23. I then spent a lot of time helping family members downsize and settle into new homes. I learned over the years, during my own moves and my work with loved ones, that the process of going through belongings to reprioritize, declutter, and create new spaces is incredibly meaningful. There is great value in deciding what you need and how to store it, and then in figuring out how a space should function and serve you as your needs and priorities change. This is a challenge I find great purpose within.
As a personal organizer with a background in architecture and interior design, I seek opportunities in existing layouts and enjoy the puzzle of transforming closets, rooms, and entire homes into the peaceful, functional, beautiful environments that my clients will want to spend their time in.
My method relies on forming a partnership with each client, to take time to understand their hopes and goals for their space, and to work alongside them as we together create a space that feels good, functions well within their lifestyle, and utilizes simple systems that they can maintain. Reorganization and systematizing can be an emotional task and often comes with decision fatigue. I approach every project without judgement or hurry, and move through each step alongside you with patience for your process, curiosity for opportunities we find along the way, and excitement for the improved result!

Whether you'd like creative advice to beautify part of your home, you need help downsizing before a move, you'd like assistance with setting up systems to keep your home or place of work organized, or you're transforming your entire aesthetic, I look forward to working with you and creating a space that you love and that supports the way you live your life.
My Process
Although every project is different, here's an idea of how we'll work together to organize & design your space.
Initial Consultation
During the complimentary consultation call, you will have the opportunity to share all the thoughts you have regarding your project: your concerns, frustrations, ideas, and goals. I'll get a better idea for the work to be done, and will either feel that I have the information I need or may request a visit to your space to investigate further.
Proposal & Design Planning
Once I understand the extent of work to be done and the goals you have, I will write a proposal describing the tasks to accomplish, the time I believe it will require, and the pricing for my work.
Project Work On Site
Following your approval of the proposal, my work will begin in your space. Phase I requires that we work together to sort items, finalize a plan for how things are to be stored or arranged, and discuss the need for procuring storage solutions. In phase II I will complete the work as discussed, leaving your space refreshed and ready to enjoy.
Follow Up Organizing & System Maintenance
If you find that you'd like additional work accomplished around your space, or that you'd benefit from continued support from me on a weekly, monthly, or seasonal basis in order to maintain and evolve the organizational systems, I'd be happy to continue partnering with you.
